Every product is checked by hand before dispatch. We don't accept returns for refund — but if the size doesn't fit, we'll exchange it.

Size Exchange
Exchange for a different size of the same product, subject to availability.

Request within 7 days of delivery Item must be unworn, unwashed, tags intact, in original packaging. One exchange per order. 
Regular-priced items only (no sale, clearance or combo sets). 
Return shipping is paid by the customer; we cover shipping on the replacement.

How it works: Email littlepenguinthe@gmail.com with your order number and the size you want.
We'll confirm stock and share the return address within 24–48 working hours.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your new size ships within 3–5 working days.

If your size is out of stock, we'll offer an alternative size, another design of equal value, or store credit valid for [6 months].

Not Eligible for Exchange
Change of mind · exchange for a different design or colour · minor screen-to-fabric colour variation · items worn, washed or returned without tags · requests after 7 days · sale and combo items · parcels refused or undelivered due to an incorrect address.

Damaged or Wrong Item

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and an unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed parcel. Claims without the video can't be processed. Verified cases get a free replacement with shipping covered by us.
