All orders are quality-checked before dispatch. We do not offer refunds on delivered orders. If the size doesn't fit, we offer a size exchange instead - see our Return & Exchange Policy.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of being placed, provided they haven't been packed or dispatched. Email littlepenguinthe@gmail.com with your order number. Once handed to the courier, an order cannot be cancelled.

When a Refund Is Issued

Refunds apply only in these cases:

1. You cancelled within the permitted window and the order hadn't been dispatched

2. We cancelled your order because the item was out of stock or couldn't be fulfilled

3. A verified damaged or wrong item couldn't be replaced due to unavailability

4. A duplicate or failed payment was charged to you
   
   

No Refund For

Change of mind · wrong size ordered by the customer (exchange available instead) · minor colour variation between screen and fabric · courier delays · parcels refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect address or unreachable phone number · sale and clearance items.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. UPI and net banking may take additional time to reflect, depending on your bank. Shipping charges and prepaid discounts are non-refundable. For orders returned to us undelivered (RTO), forward shipping is deducted from any refund.
